The Patricia E (Barker '48) Billings Scholarship

The Donor has established this fund for the purpose of memorializing Alvin G. Billings’ significant dedication to Salem State University and to business as former Salem State University Bursar and Patricia E. (Barker ‘48) Billings’ significant dedication to Salem State University and education as president of the Class of 1948. One or more scholarship awards will be awarded annually to the Alvin G. Billings Scholarship and the Patricia E. (Barker ’48) Billings Scholarship. An education major; undergraduate or graduate students in any year of study; intent to pursue a career in the field of education; and demonstrated achievement.
